Public Offer for Subscription Services

1. General Provisions

This public contract-offer (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer") is an official proposal by Individual Entrepreneur Evgeny Valerievich Doikov (hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor") to conclude a contract for the provision of services for access to the functionality of the software "MQTT Client (MQTT Dashboard Client)" (hereinafter referred to as the "Application") on the terms set forth in this Offer.

In accordance with Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, this Offer is a public offer, and in case of acceptance of the terms set forth below, the Licensee must make payment for the Contractor's services, which will be considered proper acceptance of this Offer and equivalent to concluding a contract on the terms set forth in the Offer.

2. Subject of the Offer

Under this Agreement, the Contractor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive license to use the software "MQTT Client (MQTT Dashboard Client)" by providing access to the extended functions of the Application within the selected subscription.

The subscription provides the following capabilities:

Unlimited connections to MQTT brokers
Advanced dashboard widgets
Exporting data to various formats
Priority technical support
Regular updates and new features

2.1. Ways to access premium functions

Premium functions of the Application are available in two ways depending on the User's region:

For users from the Russian Federation: access is provided based on a paid subscription through the RuStore Pay payment system
For users outside the Russian Federation: access is provided based on viewing advertising materials through integrated advertising networks (Google AdMob)

Access obtained by viewing ads is provided for a limited period (24 hours from the time of viewing) and requires re-viewing for renewal.

Important: Separate functions specified in the subscription description may be under development and will be available to the User after their implementation in future Application updates. Estimated implementation timelines are published on the Application page and are not guaranteed obligations of the Contractor.

3. Cost and Payment Procedure

The subscription cost is indicated in the application interface and on the application page in the store at the time of purchase.

Current prices at the time of Offer publication:

Monthly subscription: 199 rubles / $2.99
Annual subscription: 1499 rubles / $19.99

Ways to access premium functions depend on the User's region:

For users from the Russian Federation: access is provided based on a paid subscription through the RuStore Pay payment system
For users outside the Russian Federation: access is provided free of charge for viewing advertising materials through integrated advertising networks (Google AdMob)

Payment is made by the Licensee by making a payment through the RuStore Pay payment system in accordance with the RuStore usage terms. Acceptance of the Offer occurs at the time of payment for the selected subscription.

Access obtained by viewing ads is provided for a limited period (24 hours from the time of viewing) and requires re-viewing for renewal.

The Contractor reserves the right to change the subscription cost with notification to the User at least 7 days before the changes come into force.

4. Automatic Renewal of Subscription

By default, the subscription is automatically renewed for a similar period from the moment the current subscription period ends. The cost of the next subscription period is automatically debited from the Licensee's bank card.

The Licensee has the option to opt out of automatic subscription renewal at any time in the RuStore account settings or in the application settings. Canceling automatic renewal does not affect access to subscription functions until the end of the current paid period.

5. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

Contractor's obligations:

To provide the Licensee with access to the Application functionality in accordance with the selected subscription
To ensure the operability of the Application to the extent provided by this Offer
To provide technical support within the framework of the selected subscription

Licensee's obligations:

To pay for the selected subscription in the manner and within the timeframes established by this Offer
To use the Application in accordance with the terms of this Offer
Not to use the Application for purposes contrary to the legislation of the Russian Federation

6. Refund

Refund of funds is carried out in accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation "On Consumer Rights Protection" and the RuStore refund rules.

The Licensee has the right to refuse the service within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of payment, if the service has not been fully or partially provided.

After the specified period, funds are subject to refund only in case of non-provision of the service or a substantial breach of the terms of this Offer by the Contractor.

Request review period: up to 10 business days.

7. Liability of the Parties

The Contractor bears liability for improper provision of services within the limits established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

The Licensee bears liability for violation of the terms of this Offer, including unauthorized use of the Application.

9. Final Provisions

This Offer enters into force from the date of its placement on the Internet and remains in effect until the Contractor's activity ceases or the terms of this Offer are changed.

The Contractor reserves the right to make changes to the terms of this Offer and/or cancel the Offer at any time at its discretion. In case of changes to the Offer, such changes enter into force from the moment of their publication on the Contractor's website.

This Offer is governed and interpreted in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

In case of disputes and disagreements, the parties undertake to resolve them through negotiations. In case of inability to settle a dispute through negotiations, the dispute is subject to consideration in court at the location of the Contractor.

The Licensee confirms that he is familiar with, agrees with and accepts all the terms of this Offer by making payment for the selected services.

This Offer is an integral part of the Privacy Policy.
